Production Process
Packaging and delivery
Because of there is nearly no any accessories on the poles shaft, so most of the clients agree with delivery the 25ft -40ft steel poles without package which is can save the space of the container, and also can save the purchasing cost.
Of course ,if our clients have request or standard for the package of the steel poles, we are also glad to packing the steel poles according to client's request.

Jiangsu Baojuhe Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. (the previous name is Jiangsu Bosheng Steel Poles Co.,Ltd. founded in 2013), is located in Heqiao Town Industrial Zone, Yixing District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Bosheng is the specialized manufacturer of various steel poles including street lighting poles, electric power poles, traffic signal poles, flag poles, wind power poles and microwave communication towers, etc.
Testing plant
When the raw material arrives at the warehouse, the quality department must take testing to make sure the raw material have meet all the standard that the needed before production. Before galvanization, we will check the pole quality during the fabrication process from cutting raw plate, bending/forming, automatic welding to drilling holes, Then after hot dip galvanization, we will check th diameters, aglvanization thickness and do th load test according to clients' different requirements and then deliver the poles on time based on the contract.
Terms and Conditions
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
Ø EXW: Poles Cost
Ø FOB : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port
Ø CFR : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port + Sea Freight
Ø C I F : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port + Sea Freight + Insurance.
2. MOQ: One 40FT Container.
3. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as a deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other
payment way can be negotiated.
