Technology:
The octagonal steel electrical poles of our company are made of qualified sheets through bending, forming, automatic welding, hot dip galvanization. We own advanced production lines, including auto shearing machine,1600 ton CNC hydraulic bending machine,CNC cutting machine,auto submerged-arc welding machine,auto welding machine,hydrautic trimmer,splitting machine, and our workmanship and quality control are thought highly of by our clients.
Material:
we just only choose qualified & famous steel manufacturer's steel sheet to make sure our product's quality. Any material was found the defects,then all the rest materials which purchased together with it will be refused and forbidden to be receipt by the warehouse.
Welding:
we weld the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto welding with perfect welding line and good quality,we strickly control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag inclusion,hole vent for the welding.
Hot dip galvanization:
All our products must be hot dip galvanized which can keep the steel poles without rust more than 30 years.Our standard for a good hot dip galvanization steel pole is same color of the zinc coating without dent mark,no exposed iron and hang of zinc of defect. Normally speaking,the thickness of the zinc coating is up to the materials thickness.The thicker the material is, the thicker the zinc coating will be.
Packing&Delivery:
Because of there is nearly no any accessories on the poles shaft,so most of the clients agree with delivery the 25ft -45ft steel poles without package which is can save the space of the container,and also can save the purchasing cost.
Of cause,if our clients have request or standard for the package of the steel poles,we are also able to pack the steel poles according to client's request.

Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460 used in China.
1.All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality.
2.A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.
3.Before put into production ,all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and component.
