We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.
Our factory offers ODM and OBM service. Of course, it'll be better if you have the drawing and detailed specifications of the steel poles. So we can immediately calculate the weight and give you the exact quotation.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with high quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
